1. Rear Window
2. Psycho
3. Notorious
4. The Birds
5.  Rebecca (lol)
6.  Dial M for Murder

I need to see North By Northwest, obviously!
Have you never seen it??

It was so long ago I don't remember much of it, except the airplane chasing Gregory Peck.  I do remember that it was very good!  I need to watch it again with an eye for the director's artistry?  I guess?
You can watch it any way you want it's a great film.

What else have you not seen? To Catch a Thief? That's Cary Grant again as a notorious cat burglar called THE CAT.

Actually, I do really like that one.  South of France location and all that; it is a good one!
Aye!

How about Frenzy and Marnie?

I havent seen Frenzy! I'll have to watch it. I like Marnie a lot, one reason why is that I like Sean Connery!  But the writing kind of falls apart half way through or something. It starts out really good but then kind of loses the point. Maybe because it was the 60s and they couldnt be too specific about her watching her mom be a prostitute?? I dunno. I like to watch it when it comes on but not one of his top ones for whateber reason. Maybe its just me, or they put too many ads in on tv.

It's good when you can watch it without pesky interruptions. It scared me as a little toddler, I was freaked out by Tippi Hedren acting like a terrified little girl!

Frenzy is really good. Barry Foster is chilling as the killer!

I've seen only about a handful but Lifeboat is underrated.  It's overlooked because it's early in his career and the only movie he did for 20th Century Fox since most of his work is Universal including the Paramount movies they own, with the exception of To Catch A Thief that the Melrose studio still owns.  Saw that one on Showtime a year ago which is strange since they rarely play older movies.  They probably did it to tie in with the recent documentary on Cary Grant.

You need to watch about 50 Hitchcock films and come back here and compile your top 28. Why 28? Because no one else does it!

In no particular order on the top 5:

Suspicion
I Confess
Vertigo
Marnie
Rear Window

Underrated: Topaz
Special Mention: Dial M For Murder

Gotta mention Grace Kelly twice, as she was probably the best blonde in his films (although Eva Marie Saint and Anne Baxter deserve nods as well).

Would be nice if Tubi played his Universal owned movies since they started playing that studio lately.  I'm not renewing Peacock for the year.
