Not sure how any fan could vote CA above this.

AFTK ftw!

The first four albums were all a little patchy, but from AFTK onwards, CA doesn't even come close to sharing breathing space until the nineties.

AFTK loses to CA. The amount of epic tracks on CA puts it on top.

CA. This one's not difficult, though voting against Xanadu hurts. The rest of the tracks on AFTK range from awful-above average.

These polls have reached the era where I find myself voting against Clockwork Angels...as much as I don't really like to.

I love AFTK. In my rating system it gets a perfect score. Every song I enjoy.
CA is longer and equally great.

I need to be respectful here, but to call C X-1, FTK, CM, CTTH, in the awful range...using words like that regarding Kings may incite a riot.

The only awful thing regarding these two albums is the CA production value. If I can't even hear what Ged and Al are playing, there is no way I can compare CA to any Broon album, let alone Kings.

Any vote for CA here is outright silly, yet we all have our tastes.

Maybe the 2012-13 bathroom lines and ticket sales spoke for themselves...

The Anarchist
Carnies
Halo Effect
Seven Cities Of Gold
The Wreckers
The Garden
BU2B
Caravan
Wish Them Well

How are any of these more epic than A Farewell To Kings, Xanadu or Cygnus X-1?

As for CA's title track and Headlong Flight, how are they more epic than Xanadu alone?

As for songs like Carnies, The Wreckers, BU2B2 or The Garden, how can they top songs as classic and timeless as Cinderella Man, or Closer To The Heart?

And as a segue to the next track, come on, their is now way that BU2B2 tops Madrigal?

Seriously, there is absolutely NOTHING on CA that outdoes AFTK.

You go well overboard with CA, and when it comes to the greatness of AFTK, so do I!

One song?? Pshaw...

I know, it's freakin' Xanadu! But still...pshaw.

(I know you don't love Kings...but one song? The title track does nothing for you? Closer to the Heart, Cinderella Man, Madrigal, Cygnus Book I, just toss them all?). :o
