Still CA. Only song on CoS I'm a big fan of is Fountain of Lamneth, which is definitely a good song.

Caress of Steel - two strong songs on the album that not one on CA comes close to.

100% agree, but that is not me saying CA lacks merit.

But CoS to my humble egomaniac ears is superior by the widest imaginable margin.

Can you ever be respectful to an opinion not your own? I enjoy your contributions dude, but you need to relax...CA isn't going anywhere...besides, I love VT and that doesn't get a third of the love around here that CA gets.

Dude...I post them because you drive me mad and I wish you would discuss and not preach...I love your enthusiasm...you were the first person I took too on this forum after all. But lately...I wish you'd accept that opposing views are not arrows fired at you.

Again, you have a wicked sense of humour...maybe it goes over my head and I read too much into it (if I do sorry...I mean that)

I love ITIGB...but if the album has a skipper, yup its this one!

One plus in CA's favour...not one single solitary spoken word segment (that is the one thing on CoS I dislike).

If I may wade into these waters...

I've always thought of these albums as cousins- both criminally underrated. And I think Bastille Day and Headlong Flight are more closely related than any other two songs in the Rush canon.

But as brilliant as so many of the moments on Caress of Steel are, I still favor Clockwork Angels- just by a nose.
