Yikes! Nobody likes Corona but me and I can understand that! I forgot about Pacifico, that's pretty good, and I agree, better than Corona. Haven't tried Modelo, that is next on my list! :)

When I was at Iron Maiden concert last weekend, they had their Trooper beer at the liquor stands and I bought one and LOVED IT! Not sure if you can buy it in the USA.

And there's a brewery here in Tulsa called Marshall's and I love their Sundown Wheat beer. Also love Corona, Blue Moon and Dos Equis!

How can anyone like Corona. Its the worst beer Ive ever tasted and Ive tasted many. Why not try Modelo?

If you're eating Mexican food, there's only one cerveza worth drinking-Negra Modelo.

 Dos Equis is pretty damn good.

Only if it's the amber.

I enjoy them both, but the amber is certainly better.

I often drink beer but when I do, its never dos Eqquis

Why does Dos Eqqis have two Xs on it?

Because you need two cosigners.

Picked this one up yesterday:

That looks interesting. What was it like?

Well each year it's different, I wish I had a 2015 to do a vertical but I definitely have to share this one at 13.4% ABV but amazingly the IBU is only 42

I have two cases of Natural Light in my fridge, so for now thats my favorite.

I'm not impressed at all with craft beers or heavy beers. I like a crisp light taste.

Now, when I'm at my favorite Mexican restaurant, I get the Dos Equis on tap or a bottle of Negro Modelo.

At home, I drink cheap cause I drink a lot of beer.

Not to mention, craft beers and heavy beers give me a hangover. Especially if I happen to mix a light beer with a heavy beer.

Good example is when I'm at the local pub, I drink the $1.25 can of Busch. Then go out to eat and get something heavy. Not good at all.

Had these last night - Parabola - Vertical tasting starting with 2014-2016 2014 was the smoothest by far. Then the Notorius Triple IPA from Boneyard in a Crowler, one of the best triples i've had.

Just to dip my toe into the nitro styles I tried a Sam Adama Nitro Stout...GROSS. Tasted like flat pop. One drink and down the sink it went. Tama ain't got time for dat!

If a nitro isn't on tap, it's shite. Guinness already proved this.

Pliny. Yum. My local establishments seem to have stopped carrying this.

Twice a year my buddies and i make a Russian River / Firestone brewery run. Usually bring back a case of Pliny / Blind Pig

Well.... Sam Adams.

True. Are nitros in general like that?

Yes. They are generally only lightly carbonated and served at "cellar temperature", which is cool, but not cold. It's more like the traditional (pre-20th century) style of beer. Plus, serving the beer less cold means you can actually taste the flavours in it, since the cold hides a lot of flavour (which is useful when making cheap, mass-produced beer that does have a lot of good flavour).

This is one of my favorite go-tos when I'm at a bar looking for a standard palatable macro; and every time I travel, I'm shocked to see that it's not available outside of Minnesota and Wisconsin...
