BOXSCORE

There's an article in the Tampa Bay Times that has last nights attendance at 14,827. (h/t ctbadger). IN TAMPA!! That easily beats the typical NY MSG sellout!

I'd post the link here but it contains spoilers! I'm sure google would get the article up easily.

The attendance numbers and box office gross are going to be mind blowing for Rush this tour. Every show on periscope -'the crowds have been packed. Every show around the NE is long sold out, with much fewer seats on stub hub than the other standard rock summer tours. Much fewer.

If their health situation is manageable, in a couple of years the industry may put a lot a lot pressure to do some sort of production, perhaps a la The Deads 50th fare thee well shows. Lot$ of pre$$ure ;)

Edit-----

Of all the 2013 shows listed with attendance, only one comes close to Tampa

14,423 for Milwaukee

The 2012 largest attendance, again for shows listed with attendance, Buffalo, with 13,215.

One R40 show with a released attendance, and we have to go back to 2010 to find a show with higher attendance. I recall a couple festivals that tour, so will only look at arenas....

The demand for Rush doing a retrospective (and CA!) tour like this is huge.

I was at the Tampa show and was very impressed how huge the crowd was. Packed all the way up to the rafters and not a seat to been seen amty anywhere. In talking to various fans, many from all over the state (and outside of the state) attended as it was the only show on Florida (no West Palm, no Ft Lauderdale, no Orlando shows). I've been to many concerts at Amalie and have never seen a bigger crowd for a concert. It seems like attendance is really up across the board on this tour....
