Rush - 2012/2013, though they were somewhat part of my childhood

Led Zeppelin - well i've loved them all my life but I really got into them in 2013

Budgie - early 2014

Iron Maiden - 2014

Jack White - 2012

I guess this is kinda hard for me to answer because I've loved most of my favorite bands all my life, but there's only a few that I can pinpoint exactly when I started listening to them.

Rush - uh, probably 1999-2000 when I was a very young boy. Thanks Dad.

Maiden - ~2001. Thanks Dad.

Foos - 2008, got into them with the Wembley DVD from the ESPG tour. WOW.

Floyd - ~1999. Thanks Dad.

Styx - ~2004

Buddy Guy - 2001, when Sweet Tea came out my Dad got me into it. Sweet Tea is still a complete shock at how raw, gritty, and gnarly Buddy can get.

Led Zeppelin - ~2005

Joe Bonamassa - 2013, started out with the Royal Albert Hall DVD.

Def Leppard - 2010. Friend gave me a copy of Hysteria and I worked my way backwards from there cause I knew some of the Pyromania stuff and thought it was 1000x better.

Gary Clark Jr. - 2015 :haz:

1971

1971

David Bowie and Yes - off the top of my head I can't remember when I first heard them on the radio - either 1971 or early 1972 not sure which.

Pretty much everything in and around 1976. When I went for it I really went for it....

Rush

Yes

Priest

UFO

AC/DC

Led Zeppelin

Scorpions

Triumph

Moxy

Journey

Angel

Pat Travers Band

Pretty much anything that rocked and you could rarely if ever hear on the radio. Popular was not my thing... :codger:

Oh, also, how could I forget! The Who, 1982. Also the year I discovered Quadrophenia. It's weird to think that at the time it wasn't even a decade old, but to me felt like it was from a distant era of rock music.
