Rush and their health

Certain the guys in rush, have a healthy lifestyle regime, and excellent medical council.

However after reading the classic rock interviews, I thought it may be an idea to throw out

an alternative , or perspective that may not be considered, regards their health. After all we care right

about the health welfare of our favourite band.........right?

It is an opinion that arthritis, can possibly be the result of leaky gut - gut pearmeability.

Explaining how leaky gut and autoimmune response functions, is a thread and debate of its own,

and the premise here, is based upon this theory.

Its been put forward by some, that certain foods or supplements, can reduce gut permeability, therefore

minimising inflammation and arthritis.

Colostrum igg40 (pre 6 hours), L glutimate, slippery elm, and marshmallow root, being some supplements to take

to heal the gut, over a period. These supplements are extremely good at healing the stomach lining.

Real bone broths too, can aid gut repair.

Pro biotics taken after this period, further strengthens the gut.

Foods to avoid, are those particular food groups, known to cause gut irritability and inflammation(compromising gut intergrity) being;

Breads cake biscuits pasta (flour) sugar dairy. A high plant based diet being very beneficial.

Relief for inflammation via food; pineapple (bromelain), dandelion leaves and pineapple is great.

Just wanted to put that out there for the guys, (and for anyone else to consider), its emotional to read of their current health considerations.

Good health to you all.
