Now I know there a bunch of drummers on here who are frigging amazing. I've seen some of your drumming videos to Rush music, or heck I've seen some of your Rush cover band stuff.

 

You guys blow me away!

 

However as a 47 year old drummer who has been playing drums for 33 years thanks to Neil I finally put on my headphones and played to two Rush records.

Now I used to play to all the Rush albums back in the day but it's been years.

 

I haven't played my drums to "AFWTK" and "Hemispheres" in years!! I did it and I played to it very well!

I have two drum kits. One in my garage and one at work. Both are equipped with the proper percussion to get the job done.

 

I feel so good! I wish I could find a band! I never had any luck in my three decades of playing.

 

Anyway I also played to "Signals." Fun shit.

 

Drumming makes me happy. Even if I have to play by myself.

 

It's the story of my life! LOL!

If you didn't live in California I would totally play bass for you.

 

I could cry. I would love to play with you. Killing me. It is so fukking hard to find a good bassist.

This always happens to me.

 

I meet great musicians around the country and I can't get anything done.

I see Eagle's on here, too, though, and her bass playin' I'm sure is out of my league . . .

 

I didn't know Eagle was a bassist. SWEET!!

 

Fudge dude! I played so hard today a few of my fingers bled like in "WHIPLASH!" Mission accomplished. LOL!

Dude! That's awesome! How do I send a recording? iPhone? I'm not the most computer savvy guy! JARG is a guitarist? I am so glad I wrote this thread.

 

I bet a 90% of everyone on here plays something!! COOL!!

Yes, I can sing pretty well, a lot of stuff. Not all. But I really enjoy it.

 

Drumming for 30 years, and a (very) amateur rhythm guitarist, for about three years.
