I have to say Freeze is probably my least liked tune...the rest have some merit...and what they did live was pretty good!

 

I can't say that I really HATE this album...just not one that finds itself in the normal rotation...

Will have to be honest, there are two reasons I do not rank Vapor Trails a 10:

 

1. Freeze

2. Out Of The Cradle

 

Otherwise, perfection. I find Freeze good but it drags...and Out Of The Cradle just...well...continues dragging. I do like them. But I LOVE the rest.

I agree. I love this album but it should have ended with the fantastic Nocturne.

I picked less than half of them anyway. The vinyl my daughter gave me for Christmas helped alot. I listened to it a couple times and it made some difference anyway... :codger:

Freeze it is. That song never seems to find a groove and just gets tiring.

 

I have a soft spot for Sweet Miracle. The first verse reminds me of the tsunami in India around that time that took so many lives. I think it's one of the best tracks on the album. Love the guitar sound in the bridge.

Sweet Miracle has one of Geddy's best ever vocals. I adore this song.

 

Playing it again today, I actually think this album has booted Grace Under Pressure outta my top four...
