Right.

Let's get back to how rotten Rivendell is.

Hey, I love Rivendell!
So do I, but apparently we are in the minority.  May have to close this thread down early due to an overwhelming majority of votes for one song.
Are you just gonna run one of these each day (exception Sunday). That would work for me. Almost 100 posts already and the verdict is obvious at this point but the discussion goes on which is the point anyway in my view. I am always curious how and why folks think what they do but I also like to keep busy and keep from being bored to death. These polls do that for me anyway. Can't speak for the other folks here however...

All right, on that note, then...the reason I chose the title track for this poll is because it's just...harmless. Not much in the way of teeth, if you know what I mean. And not that every song has to have that, but...it's just sort of an ineffectual three minutes of fluff.

Discuss.

Yes, every day except Sunday.  I was going to start Round Two this afternoon since the result of Round One is obvious.  But I'll just let this stay until tomorrow.  Maybe something unexpected will happen in this one.

I still think it's a good album. An excellent album for three 21-22 year olds, young and hungry...

It's statistically impossible for the result to change.   It's your thread so it's your call but short of everyone changing their vote in a smart ass response to this post, it's over.

I agree that Zumbi's thread was a dick move, but I also agree with Zumbi that the debut album should definitely be included. It is the official first Rush album with original songs, disregarding it because Neil wasn't on it is kinda silly if you ask me. Rush wasn't any less "real" without Neil than they are with him, and that coming from someone who prefers to listen to The Fifth Order of Angels over the debut.

Anyway, I've voted for Rivendell. Clearly the worst, very boring monotonous tune.

Well, if the results are going to be anything like the Ratings thread I did way back when, BU2B will be considered the worst, followed by Tai Shan. After that is a mix of stuff from the debut, Roll The Bones deep cuts, Superconductor, and Dog Years.

Why does Feedback have to be brought up in every thread? Flip sake Zumbi.

Went for By-Tor. Not a fan.

And we had so much hope
For you, Segue. You are definitely not prog enough.

Erm...I love prog...By-Tor just doesn't appeal to me.

Tales From Topographic Oceans on the other hand...

Although replaying this album, I have doubts over Rivendell and In The End. In The End sounds better live.
