Segue Myles
I like the album, but even as a cover album it's not great. I don't think they did enough to put their stamp on the songs. Off the top of my head, Dream Theater, Tori Amos, Metallica and the Counting Crows did the cover thing to considerably more effect than Rush. So did Toto... WorkingAllTheTime
I don't dislike it and there are a few songs on it I enjoy (namely Mr. Soul and The Seeker). I just don't count it as a Rush album, rather I think of it as a novelty project. Interestingly, Feedback became a launching point for my children (they were still fairly young when it released) to discover The Who, Neil Young, and the Yardbirds. Shame on me, I guess, for not introducing those bands to my children on my own, but the guys did it for me. The kids now love The Who, which is something somewhat common among Rush fans. Xanadu
I wouldn't say I hate it, in fact some of what I have heard sounds fine. But I am not compelled to keep hitting that "play" button on it either, so I can take it or leave it really.

blueschica
I love to play this one in the car!! I like it a lot, especially Shapes of Things. I think Geddy's vocals on that one come across as so melodic, for some reason. Husband is a huge Neil Young fan and liked to hear someone cover "Mr. Soul" and "For What It's Worth" and do a good job :)
Digital Dad
It has inspired me to check out more Yardbirds. Damn that was a great band.
Digital Dad
For What Its Worth is a great song but I prefer the original of course... If may be just me but that is the most overrated song ever.
lifeson90
It's an ok listen but the only track i get really excited about is mr soul, which Al in particular is just great on.

LedRush
I love Feedback. I kinda wish they covered at least one Zeppelin song. The didn't need to...Rush already made the self-titled first album, after all.
Lorraine
If I want to listen to those songs, I'll listen to them by the bands that made them famous. The same way I wouldn't want to hear another famous band do Rush songs.
1-0-0-1-0-0-1
I like "Summertime Blues" -- nice and heavy, and I like Alex's guitar tone a lot. "Mr Soul" is the other one I skip to. The rest is okay, but I don't pop this CD in too often.

I enjoy what they included on R30, but still, that doesn't make me want to rush out and buy a covers album.

JohnRogers
I've never heard Feedback and I have no intention of ever listening to it.How come? If you don't mind me asking. Feedback will never be a favorite of mine but I'm glad they released it. I think it's cool hearing the band revisit the songs they played before becoming rock gods.
