  1. 1. What do you think of Territories?

    • I just love the song!
    • It's okay.
    • One of the worst songs Rush ever did.

I'm sure "I love it" will win on a board dedicated to the most hardcore of Rush fans.

I can remember what the entire song sounds like. the same can't be said for more than 6 or 7 of their 90s tunes. so it has that going for it. :)

I thought it was an 80's tune?...

I do admit it is a far cry from Hemispheres. Wouldn't you all agree?

Agreed. It doesn't hold up to anything 80' and back but I still like it but just in a different way... :codger:

It's 5 albums after Hemispheres. I would hope it's significantly different.

I think what I was trying to say is that it is hard to believe that a band that could do Hemispheres was capable of Territories. :)

Why is that?

2 excellent songs that happen to be very different.

The thread was Toymakers idea, so I can't take the credit (or the heat :laughing guy: ) for it.

For myself, I wouldn't put them on the same level at all. Territories is a frivolous song. Hemispheres is heavy.
