Over the years, we have become accustomed to seeing most of these during our Rush tours.

These tend to be the dominant setlist songs. How many of these 16 make the tour this time around?

2112 Temples of Syrinx

2112 Grand Finale

I voted 14-16.

I truly believe this will be a hits heavy tour for better or for worse.

And on the off chance this is it, as has been discussed, it will certainly be 14-16.

Not a wish list, just thinking logically.

The Tulsa show IMO will tell us plenty.

Is New World Man that predictably there? Hmmm.

I actually debated New World Man and YYZ on this list, but we all know YYZ is in.

The ones we will see for certain are pretty easy:

Spirit of Radio

Tom Sawyer

Some sort of 2112 version.

Limelight

Personally, I think the rest could be anything. Sometimes they skip Red Barchetta, FreeWill, etc. Ya just never know.

Really, the only two absolute guarantees, I'd wager, are Tom Sawyer and Spirit of Radio.

I would add YYZ to the 'definite' list.

Also, Limelight was not played at a bunch of CA shows and 2112 was absent on the first leg of S&A. not saying i don't think they're likely...but they have been skipped even relatively recently.

I think we'll hear all of those except "New World Man" and "Time Stands Still".

And I would've included "YYZ" and "Red Sector A" as mainstays in place of the 2 songs I named.

How are New World Man and RTB on this list and Dreamline not?

This list seems a bit off to me.

You can make your own list.

My thoughts

Spirit of Radio - 95%

New World Man - 30%

Freewill - 80%

Tom Sawyer - 99.999%

2112 Overture - 60%

2112 Temples of Syrinx - 60%

2112 Grand Finale - 40%

The Trees - 55%

Subdivisions - 80%

Time Stands Still - 35%

Closer to the Heart - 85%

La Villa Strangiato - 65%

Red Barchetta - 80%

Working Man - 55%

Roll the Bones - 30%

Limelight -70%

So, thinking about 9-10 of them will make it. If I had to bet, 9.

Tom Sawyer and tSoR are pretty much the only gimmies. CtTH, Freewill, and Red Barchetta are very good bets as they weren't done last tour.

I'll be stunned if "Roll The Bones" isn't in this year's set. It always seemed to get a good reaction (I think the more casual fans love it) and it's been rested for a little while now. Would love to be wrong, but I'm expecting it.

Is New World Man that predictably there? Hmmm.

I believe so. Here's why;

"It went to #1 (on the RPM national singles chart) in Canada, where it remained for two weeks in October 1982.[1][2] Less successful in the United States, it nonetheless remains Rush's only American Top 40 hit, peaking at #21 on the Billboard singles chart for three weeks in October and November 1982."~ New World Man wiki

Really? I can't begin to explain how stunned I am. Certainly the band has a song that is much better and even more radio friendly.

I personally despise 'NWM'.

It's too poppy for my tastes, but I feel sadly, it will be on R40 as do many others.

But it was not on R30 or TM, so maybe the band feels the same most of us do.

If this an unofficial farewell, I think it makes the cut. For the 71 people in attendance who love it

New World Man, Roll The Bones and Time Stand Still are not setlist mainstays.

NWM hasn't been played since 2002 and RTB hasn't been in the set since R30. Before 2010, the last TSS got played was in 1994. Your definition of mainstay is a little off.
