Hooks everywhere, that Lizzy double lead sound, Warwick channeling Phil, great songs, kindof a bit harder than Robbo era Lizzy but not quite sykes era with hints of celtic flair everywhere. Phil surely approves. Great sophomore effort.

I like the first album, still haven't heard this one, but I love the idea of Scott Gorham trying to keep the legacy alive.

Not to call the band Thin Lizzy was the best idea anyway!

No idea what that gibberish is up there, but album of the year for me thus far is Panda Bear Meets The Grim Reaper by Panda Bear

this might not be a masterpiece but, listened yesterday, I find it a very very good album from Phil Mogg & C. IMO latest UFO's albums with Vinnie Moore on guitars are even better than the ones with Michael Schenker back in the band (1995-2002 - obviously nothing can match Schenker's 70s era)

I don't know if it'll top Steven Wilson's Hand.Cannot.Erase (my hunch says it's a 50/50 chance that it could go either way) but it definitely has a chance at making my end of year list.
