Seems like everyone fawns over it. but i just hate the style. i applaud em for branching but the style didn't suit Rush one bit. Whenever they play a grace song in concert.......i say this again!? lol

CoS

Kings

Hemispheres

Power Windows

Hold Your Fire

TFE

VT

The rest I pretty much listen to on a regular basis. The ones I listed, it's been many years since I gave them a spin...well, I guess I listen to side 2 of Hemispheres for La Villa.

I listen to all of them. Even the atrocities that are Caress of Steel and side one of Hemispheres. Bad Rush is better than no Rush.

:laughing guy: It's still funny hearing my second favourite Rush song being called an atrocity

Roll The Bones is worth listening to for Dreamline alone. Rush's best song of the 90's. As far as records I never or rarely listen to, it would be pretty much all of the 70's material plus Feedback(yuck) and Snakes.(I will say half of Snakes is good) I'm not saying the 70's stuff was bad, just that I've heard it a million times and am more burnt out on the experimental, progressive, screeching vocals Rush.

I now really like the debut, having been reminded by fans here the age of the band, and the documentary. Its not a fave, not really my style, but I think its good rock.

The only major Rush album I don't listen to is Test For Echo. I've always felt it's the weakest album in the entirety of Rush's discography, and so I'm inclined to skip listening to it most of the time.

I also put Feedback down, but I'm not really sure that's a huge loss there.

I rarely play Power Windows, Fly By Night, Hemispheres, Signals, Roll The Bones, Test For Echo, Snakes And Arrows or Clockwork Angels.

Of that lot, I only really dislike FBN. The rest are all pretty good to great!

No. Two big reasons I never play it. Give me Anthem or the title track instead.
