I have noticed, since my return, some of the original smiley icons have been deactivated or changed in some way.

Some are downright MIA

 

Below are some of the MIA - and some of the ones I feel are important to non verbal communication.

Some are just fun, and they make me happy. I am all about happy. Since it is November, and it's snowing like a beast already, I need something to make me happy.

This might suffice.

 

:puke: is missing. In case this becomes reinstated soon, the code is (without underscores) :_puke_: I was troubled by this, but moved on.

 

:rofl: has since been changed to :_rfl_: or :rfl: (thank you to LIX for doing the detective work to figure this out!.

 

My favorites (favourites if you're a Canadian) are :_sundog_: :sundog: and :digi: :_digi_: I was very VERY excited to have my very own smiley. Thanks to the powers that be for this. It has made my internet existence a pure joy - just to know that :sundog: is there. :yes:

 

Some are going to be listed below - dug from the vault - might be good ones, might be "meh" - feel free to add your own: What you choose says a lot about you.

I like this one. But I can't tell if it is a smiley in a tub near a radiator or a smiley behind a computer.

Behind a computer - well before we could get on TRF on our phones, tablets, laptops and e-readers.

I think we are supposed to somehow be able to use these if we like them. Sadly I think computer literacy (little here) is a prerequisite toward that end.... :(

I think if you right click and choose "save" you might be able to save the address to my smiley account. Then use it with the picture URL link to add it to a post. Does that make sense?

:sigh: :blink: Its ok. What I am able to do here so far I can do pretty well. This is considered a curve ball in my world and knowledge. I add little bits here and there and I will work on this too. :cheers: Thanks for the explanation. You are a dear.... :codger:
