How do you choose between these songs?

I love The Weapon equally as much as Subdivisions while The Analog Kid is very close behind and Losing It is a favorite of many.

Anyway, I pick Subdivisions but my conscience is nagging at me to pick The Weapon...that killer solo and the overall intricacy and tone of the song is incredible, but Subdivisions has this perfect timeless quality to it.

My current rank:

1. Subdivisions

2. The Weapon

3. The Analog Kid

4. Losing It

This order works. As tired as I am of hearing Subdivisions it still should be on top even though I would listen to the other ones first before I listened to Subdivisions again at this point.... Edited by Narpski

I like them the way they are in order on the album. These four are the best on Signals, the first three by a wide margin.

1. Subdivisions

2. The Analog Kid

3. The Weapon

4. Losing It

All 4 are amazing songs and among their finest work, though each one is a bit different stylistically, though less so between Subdivisions and The Analog Kid.

Gotta go with:

Subdivisions

The Analog Kid

The Weapon

Losing It

No love for The Weapon? Lorraine, where are you?

Actually, there's been a ton of love for all of these great songs.

No idea why Losing It's getting the least though. :(

Because it's not as great as the greater ones.

IMHO Losing It is the greatest synth era song. I would even put it ahead of Natural Science, even, right below Xanadu/Hemispheres.

You're wrong because the public disagrees.

The Weapon

Does the "public" hate that one too?

Most people don't know it's a song. Or Losing It, for that matter.

To LedRush, the public is LedRush.

You think that most people know the song? How does the kool-aid taste?

They don't know because it's a bad song?

Popular =/= good. I think people know Subdivisions, and some know Analog Kid, and very few know Losing Ir or the Weapon.

I'm just trying to understand your reasoning.

So you only bring up how the public "may" feel about a song when it aligns with your opinion?
