The Patriots are pretty bad this year.

We expect them to be bad though.

I'm sick of hearing people say that now, like they think saying that will make everything ok.

We hated it as coaches when a kid would say "My bad...". We were like, "No shit, Sherlock."

The Patriots are pretty bad this year.

 

They're not that bad, what it comes down to is that after winning the Super Bowl. Everyone wants a piece of the champs and bring their BEST GAME to the field when playing the Patriots. I predicted they would end up 11-5 this season.

Talking to a casual Patriots fan last night and he commented how lopsided the officiating was to the benefit of the Patriots. Seems he's just now realizing what a lot of us have known for a while.

He must have loved that DPI on Gronk gifting the Pats with their first TD. Not that anyone with a passing acquaintance with the league would be surprised.
