Each week you pick games from 16 to 1 (or 13 to 1, 14 to 1, or 15 to 1) if there are byes, based on the confidence you have in each team winning, giving the most number of points to the team you feel most confident in winning. For example, if an NFC East team has an out of division game, you can be fairly confident that, short of playing the Raiders, you could give their opponents one of the highest numbers.
