I don't get all the hate for this ep, :eyeroll: yes it is covers but they chose these songs because they are the ones they learned to play when they were young. :eh: They didn't want to do another compilation album for the 30th anniversary, so they did this to show where they got their influences in the early years.  I personally love Feedback because it was the first album of Rush I purchased, which was my first concert too, R30.  It brought back some great memories and impressed me as well.  It was years later that I became a Rush fanatic but this ep will always be a favorite of mine.

I love the obvious ones; The Seeker, Crossroads.  Yet I think Heart full of soul is best. :D

I had to go with "Summertime Blues" because they rock that absolute crap out of it.

"The Seeker" is RIGHT there, though!!!

Still "Mr. Soul" for me. It's the most dense, most Rush-like song on the album.

Agreed. And in some ways, it's an improvement on the original.

I like The Seeker because it's nostalgic to me for some reason.

Changed my mind, I've gone for The Seeker this time. I love that thing Geddy does with his voice when he sings, "I've been searching low and hi-IIIIGGGHHH!"
