Share you're OMG that's simple and delicious recipe. This one will blow your mind!

 

You'll need:

1 large skillet

Between 6 to 8 eggs

Minced garlic

paprika

cumin

The absolute best marinara you can find (16oz)

Pita bread

 

 

Start off with:

 

In Med hot skillet combine

 

2 tbls of olive oil

2 tsp of minced garlic

2 tsp of paprika

1 tsp of cumin

 

Mix and sautée for about 3 minutes—don't burn garlic

Add marinara, simmer about 5-8 minutes.

 

Create pockets in marinara large enough to see bottom of skillet. Place egg in pocket. Don't break yolk. Repeat this. You should be able to fit 6 to 8 eggs in large skillet. Cook until whites firm, yet yolks are still velvety.

 

Carefully remove each egg, with generous helping of marinara. Eat with a piece of pita bread.

 

Nice light salad is a great compliment to this dish.
