edm2112
Just picked up some late 70's Imperialstar shells (14",18",24") off craigslist for 50 bucks...So I'm having to replace all the bits and bobs. I've got lugs covered except for the kick. Are there any other lugs that match up with the hole pattern? Also, and this one is a biggie...NO HOOPS came with the shells...so I'm hunting for some 24" kick drum hoops...as well as the tom mount.. Any leads are appreciated

CygnusX-1Bk2
There's a place sort of near me in Santa Clara called Starving Musician. They usually have lots of bits. Sam Adato is a guy who deals in old drums and does a lot of refurbishment. He was in San Francisco but just moved to Oregon. If he doesn't have any he'll know who might. http://www.starvingmusician.com https://samadato.com/drupal/
edm2112
So far...a whole lot of nothing. Its odd that I can't even find some cheap repro lugs with the same hole spacing...60mm seems to be a very "unique" spacing seeing as the biggest ones i've found so far are only 57mm...Not to mention there seems to be a high premium on replacement Tama lugs...ebay is up in the 40-50 dollar range for only like a 10 set...which wouldnt be so bad if I didnt have 20 of them.
