Il Casa di Pauligatto, in association with Lampone, Vega, & Winnfield LLC, present Le Mecmuffin Royale:

Each half of a toasted, buttered English muffin is surmounted by:

  • Half a slice of sharp cheddar cheese.
  • Half a round of sauteed Canadian bacon.
  • Half a fried egg, which is supplemented by a hearty pour of Egg Beaters.
  • Half a slice of sauteed Virginia ham, and
  • A second half slice of cheese.

"LeMec" is then placed beneath a broiler or salamander to reheat and melt the cheese. It is presented to the patron with an accompanying fruit/juice and beverage, il metodo della casa being half an orange and a mug of hot coffee. Buon apetitio!

Sweetened sesame sticks

2 party size- I'm talking YUGE-bags of G. Cretors Popcorn "Chicago Mix" (50/50 caramel corn/yellow cheddar popcorn).

I made a gyro-burrito. Put a bunch of gyro meat in a pan, added sliced orange & red bell peppers, sauteed that for a while, then added some precooked rice. Put it all in a big tortilla, added tomatoes and the gyro sauce.

Pretty good!! :ebert:
