Crepes with homemade apricot jam.

My stepson's Grandfather makes some excellent crepes. His family is from France and Germany and he was born in Germany but has lived in the U.S. since he was four. Every time he makes crepes I eat so many (and so fast) that I get a little sick.

I love apricots and I think that would be perfect for me with my crepes. He usually uses blueberry or strawberry jam with his.

I love crepes. They're so easy to make, and are a nice alternative to pancakes.

After shoveling snow for ten hours over the past three days, I treated myself to a protein feast of hamburger soup. I was so damn hungry already and didn't give a damn if it was midnight! F the dishes till tomorrow ... Goodnight!

A toasted bagel, topped with a fried egg, ham, and cheese. Not bad, but the texture of an English muffin makes this combination so much better.
