Vegetable roll and a Kopparberg pear cider.

Have to be careful with those ciders as one lovely bottle comes in at a whopping 207 calories!!! Go Sweden ()

I am eating this today as dinner, because I ate a big and late lunch. And I am also lazy today:

Nope. Tomorrow is real food. I was just being lazy today, so I ate popcorn + 2 carrots as dinner.

Oh, Kopparberg pear cider is delicious! It was my first and no other cider ever compared for me.

I've not been able to find it for quite some time...but given the caloric content as you mentioned, I must look at it as a blessing in disguise :)

For the third time this week, the amazing kale salad that I'm always praising

In case someone here hasn't heard me rave about it yet ( ), it features kale, cabbage, Brussels sprouts, broccoli matchsticks, chicory, dried cranberries, pumpkin seeds, and poppyseed dressing
