The best worst movies!

Recommended Posts

I think that the dawn of the VCR came the popularity of horrible movies. When I was in high school we used to have video parties where we would watch the worst movies we could rent. If they were horror or action flicks, they typically had some comedic value to them.

This is one from the very early eighties:

I love basically all of the 80's macho movies with Stallone, Schwarzenegger and Jean-Claude van Damme.

This one is so typical. It's like he thought "Hey, what can be better than having me in a movie? Having two of me in it, of course!"

And my last name is pronounced exactly the same

Did you notice Michael Beck from The Warriors? He's been in a lot of really horrible movies.

That movie is actually pretty good. But this one he was in definitely belongs in this thread:

Finally a thread where I haven't heard of any of the discussed subject matter but I think that is a good thing for a change. I have heard of Xanadu but that is it...... :)

The Room!

Oh, hai Mark!

Cool As Ice - Saw this on Rifftrax recently. That subplot with the dad from Family Ties and some bad guys makes it really hilarious.

Rhinestone - Stallone singing country with Dolly Parton. Need I say more? I watched it on Encore a number of times years ago just to laugh at how awful it is.

Howard The Duck - My 80s childhood bias comes into play. Saw this on HBO and The Movie Channel in the 80s a number of times.

Don't Go Into The Woods Alone

The Happening - "Shut up! I'm trying to think!" :rfl:

some good ones I've seen on MST3K lately:

Kitten With A Whip - Ann-Margaret

Teen Age Crime Wave

Time Chasers

Horror At Party Beach

Manos The Hands Of Fate

"Xanadu" is one of my favorite films. :D

My friend had the album. One side was Olivia Newton John and the other was ELO. I liked the ELO side.

yeah, I have the tape and the ELO side is my favorite as well. It's what led me to get their next album "Time". I was captivated by the synths which led me to liking Subdivisions. That was in my interview that didn't make it into the documentary, so there!
