Seahawks 2014-2015 season (and beyond) official thread!

That was a hell of a game. Great comeback by Denver, but what an OT effort. Lots of teams let momentum bowl them over, but the Seahawks are really impressive this year.

Their D is going to seriously hurt someone - judging by this weekend, most likely will be each other. They should be penalized a lot more than they have been. Too much lowering of the helmet. They are not HITTING with their helmet, but they are definitely hitting as hard as possible with their shoulder. You gotta see what you're hitting! When 2 guys do it to the same ball carrier, you get lots of Seahawk on Seahawk cracking.

In a little bit of a state of confusion as to just "how many" things went wrong for Seattle - Dallas brought their A game plus some and Seattle struggled with a soft secondary and half-asses offensive line and Russell Wilson had an off day, play call was very predictable crap.

It was a bad game. We have had them before, we will have them again. We learn, we fight back. Next week it's a do over for our dignity!!

I know my team still has a ways to go but what do you think about our young offensive line?

Report: Seahawks trade Percy Harvin to the Jets

Well, here’s your Friday afternoon news dump, which is actually more of a cannonball into the deep end.

According to Jay Glazer of FOX, the Jets have acquired wide receiver Percy Harvin in trade from the Seahawks in exchange for a draft pick.

Such a huge deal happening midseason is practically unheard of, and comes at a strange time for both teams.

If the Jets were going to do something like this, a better time would have been before they started 1-6.

And for the Seahawks, the defense of their title just got more complicated without a dymanic playmaker.

Obviously, we’ll have more on this throughout the night.

Wilson connected on a 23-yard touchdown pass to Luke Willson with 47 seconds left, lifting the Seattle to a 13-9 victory over the Carolina Panthers on Sunday!!

The Seahawks won their third consecutive game as Marshawn Lynch ran for four touchdowns and the Seahawks rushed for a club-record 350 yards in a 38-17 victory over the Giants on Sunday. Seattle rushed for 350 yards, the third-highest total ever allowed by the Giants. The Boston Redskins ran for 420 yards on Oct. 8, 1933 and the Bills rushed for 366 yards in Buffalo on Nov. 26, 1978. The Seahawks were the first team with at least at least 350 rushing yards and five touchdowns since the Bills did in in that 1978 game vs. the Giants.

-averaging a league-leading 170.8 on an outrageous 5.5 yards per carry. This isn't just a good rushing team, this is a revolutionary one

These stats are inflated by having a good running quarterback. Guys like Wilson and Vick can average about 50 ypg with a high ypc, and distort the running stats. The Seahawks have a good running game, but it's not historic or revolutionary by any stretch of the imagination.

Not to mention they were playing the 0-9 Raiders who are revolutionary too, in suckage! http://saintsreport.com/forums/images/smilies/haha-rire-395.gif

The 12th man might be getting shafted.

Seattle's KOMO 4 recently went undercover to test the various beers sold at CenturyLink field during Seahawks games for their alcohol content.

Six beers -- Stella Artois, Bud Light, Redhook Brewery No Equal, Shocktop, Bass Pale Ale and Budweiser -- were sampled. Each came back showing less alcohol than advertised, with the discrepancies ranging from 0.2 to 0.6 percent.

Check the full results of the test here.

My piss is 100 times stronger than Bud Light and that's an hour after drinking 40 jugs of water.

SEAHAWKS 19 CARDINALS 3

It's taken our defense a while to find their rhythm and our offensive line is still struggling but a HUGE win!
