Most people don't realize this video is old...but yeah, anyone who would rage like that at a Mickey-D's has some issues that no nugget could ever solve. It was certainly more engaging than Nancy Reagan's "Just Say No" campaign. She's growling, alludes that she's a Dragon Ball character, and throws a beer through the window. I would like to find a story that said what she was actually on when she did that. She's on video for a around 20 seconds with a clear shot and plead not guilty. Maybe the military should use whatever she was on and use it as a chemical weapon. Let the other side use it and they'll all go crazy and kill each other.
