Fried up a big skillet full of hash browns.
Diced up and sauteed a big red pepper, half of an onion and several big chicken tenders from McDonalds.
When the hash browns were almost done, I added the chicken, red pepper and onion.
Added some garlic powder and mixed it all up.

Filled up a big bowl and plopped a big spoonful of sour cream in the center.  White toast with butter.

YUMMY!!  :D :D

Ham & cheese omelettes; everything bagels w/cream cheese and smoked salmon.

A rare Sunday with little to do, so dinner will be pretty involved, too.

But that's for another time.  And another thread.

ORFie, what is better than Mrs. Butterworth's Sugar-Free is Log Cabin Sugar-Free.  Get some and try it.  You won't regret it.

It sounded good at the time.

I balanced it with a bacon cheeseburger for lunch.

I hope you had a side of fries with it.  And maybe a milkshake.
