See, I get up when it's still dark, but it still feels just as good. I thought I had a cold, too, or...something. I don't know. My endocrine system seems to be having its way with me- I have glands/lymph nodes that are hurting, or something like that. Odd pains in weird places. Sounds great, doesn't it? I'd love to say it's bad enough that I need to stay home from work, but I just can't. Besides, it's always worse to miss a day because of what I have to make up when I go back. I'm late to make the coffee this morning (it was after 5:30!)...so I don't know what that portends for the rest of the day. I got my wife some chocolate smelling perfume a while ago and she uses it sparingly because we cannot find it anywhere. This morning she put some on, I gave her a hug and kiss when I left and got it all over me. It smells nice, but it's made for her... not me. I used to get Starbucks by mail order, back in the mid '90s- that was back before they had a store on every street corner in America... :P But it's still the hometown thing for you up there, isn't it? Natalie Morales...I'm not hip. Wouldn't be able to pick her out of a crowd, I'm afraid. Anyway, good morning, everybody! I'm feeling a bit better today. And it's Friday, anyway, so I'm looking forward to a couple of days' respite from the drudgery that is supply chain management (my job, don'tcha know). The temperatures have taken another nose-dive here, too, and I'm really not looking forward to going out into the -20 wind chill. But such is life.
