GeddysMullet
Although Neil is not my all-time favourite rock'n'roll drummer in general (that would be Keith Moon for many reasons both emotional and visceral), he's definitely done most or even perhaps all of my favourite drum breaks. Some of Neil's drum breaks seriously make me see the God he doesn't believe in (or, maybe, just maybe, the one he does? ). So I thought this might be a fun topic for a thread. Here are some favourites I can think of right off the top of my head: Leave That Thing AloneThe WeaponTom SawyerThe Main Monkey BusinessHeadlong Flight With honourable mention to the Hemispheres TING! :D What are your favourites?

coventry
The last 30 seconds of "Freeze" are spectacular And while not technically a "break", his limb independence during the last section of "Bravado", according to Geddy, "rivals that of any drummer anywhere."

ShlappinDahBass
Didacts and Narpets. That is one of the best things he has done. I hate to be a bummer but Didacts and Narpets sounds cool but there's nothing really crazy about it.

Like I said, it sounds cool but nothing a lot of drummers can't do.
