Scars. I thinks it's got a good groove to it.
I love Show Don't Tell, too.

The Pass is the most meaningful song they wrote in years.

Red Tide is the first Rush song that I heard for the first time. It was in 1991 year.  I live in Bulgaria, that's why it was hard to listen a nice music in 1991.  But now everything is all right and I have all the Rush albums  smile.gif   2.gif

Presto gets my vote! I find the lyrics to be very uplifting and they really fire my imagination. It takes me back to Carl Sagan's quote from Cosmos:

"We are star stuff gazing at the stars, contemplating our origins", or something to that effect.

I really love the lyrics. Also, I like The Pass, Red Tide and Available Light. But Presto gets my vote for best Rush album of all time.

I like this album a lot. I liked the keyboards they did in the 80s but on this album they got back to truly being Rush again musically.

Presto gets my vote. Mainly because back when this album came out and for a bit in the early 90s when I was getting into Rush, my local radio station used to play the song often. So it's one of the songs that helped introduce me to what Rush was about.

As a bassist, this album is full of great Geddy-isms which make it hard to pick. It also doesn't help that this is my favorite album. But Show Don't Tell has got to be it for me. I's just a great song.

I think it's mediocre... confused13.gif

Thank you! I don't like it much either, it's just like Power Windows and Mystic Rhythms, I have no idea what makes it so great!

Show Don't Tell is fantastic from a bassist's perspective, and the drums in Scars are amazing, but my favorite track to listen to is The Pass.
