physics23
I'm sure there are tons of handy keyboard shortcuts I'm not privy to yet. A few of the ones I use frequently are: Winkey+E = MyComputer Winkey+M = Minimize all Winkey+R = Run... F4 = moves the cursor to the Explorer Address bar Ctrl+Z / Ctrl+Y = Undo/Redo What are the ones you use a lot? And does anyone know what the difference is between Shift+Ins and Ctrl+V, or between Shift+Del and Backspace?

Hypatia
Wow, I didn't know most of these! One of my favorites is Alt-PrtScr for getting screen snaps into power point or word documents -- very useful for putting together data plots for a report. Guest Xourque
I use CTRL-C and CTRL-V the most. I had a dual processor computer at one point, and was constantly setting certain processes to run with either processor. So I used to use the good ol' CTRL-ALT-DEL to get the task manager to come up a lot.

1-0-0-1-0-0-1
When using Mozilla Firefox, CTRL+T opens a new browser tab. (Double-clicking on the tab bar also opens a new tab.) CTRL+Tab shuttles between tabs. On all browsers, CTRL+R refreshes the webpage you're on (as does the aforementioned F5).

New World Kid
I use fn+control and two fingers on the track pad to zoom into my screen a lot (Macbook Pro). It helps when I'm watching a video that can't go full screen, or if I'm trying to show someone from across the room something. Other than that, just your basics for me.
