I came upon this: http://www.wisegeek.com/what-does-200-calories-look-like.htm

There are pictures and measurements of various foods in 200 calorie amounts. Personally I'm a bit sceptic as to the amount of coca cola required to 200 cals but the rest seems to check out.

Coca Cola has approximately 100 calories per 8 fluid ounces, so the graphic looks about right to me.

The Fibre One cereal looks like a pile of mealworms!

It may look bad but it tastes a whole lot better than other fibre cereals.
