Favorite Rush slow song

Thought it would be fun to gather opinions on what everyone's favorite slow moment is, since The Garden is the first somewhat tender song in quite a while.

Went for Madrigal from the list, but my favorite slow song of theirs by a country mile is Losing It from Signals

Jeez, I was gonna go with The Garden, but then you added in The Sphere in there as an option, and even though it's only a tiny part of a song, The Sphere is so amazing that I had to vote for it. One of Rush's best moments... but then again, so is The Garden.

How does this list not include Bravado or Losing It? Yet it contains some partial segment sub-set micro numbered part of Cygnus X-1 Book 3 Chapter 18 Page 147 verse 2.

 

 

I don't think Mystic Rhythm fits the mold for what you're going for here either. It's more uptempo than slow.

I can't vote in this poll because leaving out songs like Losing It, The Pass, Presto, Available Light, Bravado and Nobody's Hero automatically makes this poll pointless. If you want to know what everyone's favorite slow song is, you can't leave out songs that are as good as those are.

aw man, why wasn't Losing It in the poll! I wouldve voted for it too. As it is, I voted for Different Strings, which I love as well.

Yeah, I know I left off a lot of good songs.

I just had to draw the line somewhere. Yes, the songs you guys list are slower, but some off them really ROCK in parts. Like the end of Losing It. When in doubt, I gave a listen and excluded songs where they went a little

Nobody called out Witch Hunt, which is quite slow. I left it out because it's very menacing.

I was going for more of a or feel.
