Howdy there UK friends.. I'm in Colorado but a good friend is in Kent UK and all he is finding is high priced scalper tickets.

If anyone has or knows of a ticket for sale let me know here and I'll get you in contact with him, he has never seen Rush http://www.therushforum.com/html/emoticons/ohmy.gif

This is tomarrow , tomarrow ! A year in the waiting, the 3 great men come to the lands of Europe , new album new tour. This is the most exciting thing since the TM tour Rush is my only interest. This page isn't as busy as the Manchester page on the later tour, where is the meetings point for tomarrow then?

Excellent concert last night at the MEN. For anyone following the sets, Manchester got the Set List C, which I, personally, was really chuffed about. I was near the front in the middle block just off-centre on Geddy's side - so perfect postioning. On one side of me was a guy who had flown in all the way from Sydney, Australia and on the other were a couple who had come from Brisbane - impressive as I only had to tootle down from Blackpool. My wife was with me and she really enjoyed it too - moreso than Donny and Marie back in Februaury lol. The music quality was spot on, Geddy's voice on top form and the whole performance, strings section and the stage show was fantastic.

Hi, i'm glad the general feeling was that the gig was a good one. I've never seen Rush live, and having been a fan for c. 25 years, was really looking forward to it! I bought 2 tickets for me and a mate, £160(?!!) about 6 months ago. Nearer the time it becomes apparent i can't make the gig, so ask for a refund from Ticketmaster, no chance. OK, can you post them to me instead of me picking them up at the gig, so i can give them to my mate? No chance. OK, i ask Ticketmaster and MEN Arena several times - can i authorise someone else to pick them up at the gig then? Defeaning silence. So Rush got 2 empty seats in front of them, and 2 other Rush fans were denied a chance to see their band.

Is there any way in which this isn't appalling customer service, particularly by Ticketmaster but also MEN Arena?

I genuinely think that Rush are a bunch of fairly ethical guys, but are bands prepared to put up with fans being treated like sh1t because there is no alternative to Ticketmaster?
