I HOPE that this will be my son Kerry's first-ever Rush show.  It's a school night (of COURSE it is) but we hope we can somehow make this work.

I'm not sure how old he is, but I've been to a Rush show on a school night and went in a couple hours late the next day. Just make it clear that it won't be common and that he has to make up EVERYTHING he missed in those few hours.

Hope he enjoys the show! I know my first show with my dad changed my life!

Went for the VIP... Hope it pays off. Now I not only have a 6 month wait for the show but also 6 months of nerves about where we'll be seated!

He's 14.  The main problem is that we live 2 1/2 hours away from Atlanta, so it's either drive back in the middle of the night or spend the night and he misses a day of school.

Either way, he's really REALLY excited.  Just wish I could get him a meet & greet. smile.gif

2-1/2 hours isn't to bad. How may sleep on the way home. Of course, staying overnight and missing school the next day would make it even more of an event for him!

Got my tickets in the mail this weekend.  Now I just have to figure out how to not lose them between now and November.  Holy crap, that's a long way away.

Haven't gotten mine yet either.  I usually opt for will-call delivery, but that option was [oddly] not listed at time of purchase thru the MusicToday presale, so I had no choice but to select mail delivery...did anyone else notice this?

I got mine through TicketMaster on public sale date, not presale, because I was getting Jack Squat in all the presales.

I got my ticket already (Ticketmaster), but if you did the MT pre-sale, you will not receive your ticket until a couple weeks before the show.

I think it is part of their anti-scalping attempt, feeble as it may be.

Has anybody ever sat at the end of one of the floor rows? and if yes, then is the view bad?

Obviously, closer to the center is better.  Still, I would much rather be close at the end of the row than farther back in the center.

I had a seat in the back of Orch 3 for a show, and I moved up along the rail on the right side and just stood there for 20 minutes or so -- the view was just fine from there.

Still working on finding at meet-up spot. My friend in the ATL said he plans to set up a tailgate party at  6 p.m. before the show., but I think most of us would still like to gather before then. I'm making some calls to secure a spot.

I'm waiting on my tickets, too. Sitting in section 103.

Can anyone tell me how the seat #'s go?
From left to right or right to left?

We have orchestra 3 row H(8th row ?).

Was just wondering how close to center we are?

It will suck if MusicToday waits till 2 weeks before show.
Is this a fact ?

When I called MusicToday to get a refund on 4 seats we did'nt need,
the lady on phone said "when the tour starts all tickets will shipped".

She did'nt explain it too good.
We bought 4 tickets for Phoenix twice, 8 total.
4 was refunded, thank god!

Has anyone bought from MusicToday and received tix 2 weeks before show?
