No, I never liked Star Wars Earl, a random sci-fi B movie with annoying robots and a weird bigfoot ape. I agree with Obi-Wan about "Lucas's godawful lines" Alec was "sick of the mumbo jumbo..."

The Star Trek special effects were cutting edge for TV back then but in the end they were quite cheesy like Star Wars.
ILM is the pioneer for modern day special effects.
Say what you will about Lucas and his writing ability but the man is laughing all the way to the Billionaire's Boy's Club.

this is goldI'm referring to the mistake you made.
I pretty well agree with you guys concerning Star Wars, but I still watch the movies from time to time (read as: less than once per year). While Shatner may be large enough to hold his own gravitational field now, it doesn't change the fact that he kicked some major ass when he played Kirk.
