Some will state "Yes" and some will state "No." BR is Asian and so is my wife. They both (being Asians) don't see it as being racist. BR finds it funny and my wife finds is to be very childish in nature. But with this said, we need to talk about this existing problem which slithers into every facet of our society, including Sports.
