I LOVE JOE VS THE VOLCANO!

It's offbeat humour tickles me! I prefer it too The 'Burbs...

I loved Allison Janney as the stepmom sticking up for Ellen Page. It was kind of different seeing Jason Bateman turn creepy (and made him creepier) after seeing him in the father role so many times on "Arrested Development" !

Yeah we've talked about this before. Nobody in Joe Vs is bad but it is a pretty crap movie. But for whatever reason I was drawn to it when it was repeatedly played on HBO in the early 90s. My bro used to walk in the living room as I was watching and comment, "You like this shit?!" My answer: "No. And it IS shit. I have no idea why I'm watching it actually."

It's that odd sort of movie that on paper...is rubbish. But I just enjoy it!

Two: Toy Story 1 & 2.

Love this trilogy!

Got all three, just didn't manage to watch the third one. There's rumors of a 4th one in about 2-3 years time.

No rumours.

Confirmed.

I can't think of a better trilogy.

Watch that third one! It's perfect just like the first two!

One of my very, VERY favourite movies!

I forget I am watching a performance when I see Bette Davis.

And for anyone who ever doubted the charisma of Marilyn Monroe, her minor appearances are physically intoxicating. She had an aura about her, a woman of charm whether she had talent or not!

But yes, Bette Davis...perfection!

People tend to not know that Marilyn was very smart. It was part of her "persona" to act dumb for the movies.

I know, but what really stood out to me when watching this film was her effortless scene-stealing aura!

Gone too soon.

Much better than I expected. Challenging questions asked, excellent layered characters portrayed by a talented cast, a good balance of mystery & suspense, and a setting that is a character in itself.
