Rushman14
Dune, via BBC America. You are truly brave. ;) ;) Saw it on Showtime a couple of months ago and I hear you. What a confusing mess that movie was. Great to look at, though, and some awesome scenery chewing by Sting. “I WILL KILL HIM!” Films like this one make me scream at the film makers, “Just tell the story from the BOOK, damnit!!! It’s about the BOOK! NOT YOU!!” Lynch disowns it though. He’s not completely without blame but Universal should mostly be ashamed of themselves. that movie has always been a guilty pleasure. I also have these on DVD that I have never watched

Rhyta
Just a week ago, went to the local art theater here and saw the 50th anniversary version of Yellow Submarine. It had been remastered, all by hand no digital effects. It held up quite well and was great for a laugh. Now I finally know why the song Hey Bulldog was in it :laughing guy:

I loved that first Blair Witch movie .. so much that I've not seen any of the others And that trend will most likely continue - I was just curious I hear it wasn’t even supposed to be but Lionsgste decided to go full “in name only” with the franchise and name it Blair Witch just go get more money. At least Halloween 3 and Friday The 13th 5 were intentionally that way from the start. There’s no excuse for Lionsgate.

Lucas
ehhh Some good scenes mixed in with a lot of bad editing ... Took a lot from The Crazies, and in turn, I think George might have settled on the mall as a location because of Rabid ..

Lucas
Back on track .... 2015's Korean horror/drama "Possessed" ... What made this one exceptional was not the horror of it all, but the sadness .. Strip away the horror and we still have a sad sad dramatic movie that could easily stand on its own
