There are so many wonderful varieties of whiskey out there. Personally, I like a good single malt...especially the Glens. Jameson is fantastic in coffee. Bushmills as well. Lately, I have been enjoying a glass of bourbon each night before bed. I prefer Jim Beam Black, but Knob Creek and regular Beam work as well.

Can't drink JD anymore after doing too many boilermakers one night.

The smell alone makes me want to hurl.

I had a Rye Whiskey recently, and I really enjoyed it. Anyone try Rye whiskey? Which ones are decent?
