I live in Downtown Greenville and would be happy to answer any questions about the area for people who may be traveling in from out of town. It's a very nice venue. As for a meet up the 2nd floor at Wild Wings Cafe would be about ideal. But there are many many great places on Main Street and its all in easy walking distance of the venue.

Looking at going to this show! |
I think in a case like this, Even though you are a frigging Carolina fan, I'd still buy you a beer even though I'm a Clemson fan.

Got reservations at a nearby hotel -- now I just need to hook up with some Rush fans for a pre-show get together. I'll be driving up from Atlanta.

I have decided to attend the Greenville show. I need 3 tickets. Anyone have any extras? |
Just checked Ticketmaster -- 3 tickets available right next to the stage (section 112), Row AA (first row) ... I suspect these are really good tickets! If I didn't already have mine, I'd snap them up -- I'm sure they are waaayyy better than floor seats toward the back ...

Anyone going to be tailgating outside the venue? |
I'm sure someone will be ...

I'll probably go to Blue Ridge Brewery -- on the map, it looks like walking distance from the venue -- is that right? Could you walk from Blue Ridge to the BI-LO (in 10 minutes or so)?

Just a couple blocks further down on the other side of Main is a place called the Carolina Ale house, I give that 2 thumbs up as well. Food is WAY better than Blueridge.

Anywhere on Main St all the way to the West End is no more than a 10 to 15 minute tops walk to the venue. I live 5 minutes driving time from the venue, I plan on getting dropped off downtown around 3 or so and wandering bar to bar. hopefuly meet friends when they get off work and let the festivus begin. Maybe we can meet up for a beer or 6. I'll be the guy walking around with a
