Roasted lemon shrimp with Parmesan risotto. Much easier than it sounds because the risotto is frozen and cooked in the microwave.

Tomato soup and golabki in tomato sauce. I'm gonna need Tums...or better yet, cumin seeds. :)

My mother made the best golabki.  I tried it a few times and it didn't turn out too bad, but I didn't inherit her cooking skills.

Had a hankerin' for something seafood and found a recipe for Garlicky Shrimp Alfredo Bake so I made it. Very tasty.

I'm curious what you paid for those ribeyes.  My wife bought tri-tip roast a week ago and it was $8.50 a pound.  She said ribeyes were $13 a pound.

Meat Loaf and mash and salad.  First time we've had that in a couple of months, but it was so cold today,  I thought it would make a good meal, and I was right.  It was very good.
