Tonight I'm making salmon (with a soy/honey/ginger/garlic sauce), mashed potatoes and a tossed salad with crumbled bleu cheese and bacon.

Two dishes I LOVE which I wish I could make right are: sushi and phad thai. I've had food poisoning more times than I care to admit from eating bad sushi and thai food.

Tacos, with homemade guacamole, and lots of habanero tabasco sauce.

Dessert was a glass of "Chocolate Embrace" wine - a chocolate-infused blueberry wine from a winery in Niagara On The Lake, ONT.
