Mexican fiesta. :dweez:

Sounds delicious! Did you get through the earthquake OK?

Yes,

Thanks for asking. It was determined a 7.1. It was an eye opener. Thank goodness it didn't last long. I never felt any serious after shocks.

I feel you!

Of course, we get a lot of earthquakes BUT I keep hearing about a god shattering massive one coming here within the next few decades. My wife asked me what I'd do in such a scenario. I replied, "Besides shit myself?" She goes, "No, I'm serious." I answered, "Yeah. So am I."

Pizza (sausage, pepperoni, mushrooms, green peppers, cherry tomatoes), sushi, sashimi, beer, more beer.

Do you have good pizza in Japan or did you make it yourself?

We have lousy pizza out here.

I made this last night:

It's hard to find a good pizza shop out here. In this metropolis of 8 million people, I know of maybe just 2 places here that have good pizza. IMHO, I can stumble upon decent (or better) pizza stateside pretty easily.

And I'm not crazy about some of the local typical toppings: mayo, tuna, corn, fried eggs, boiled eggs, scrambled eggs...I hate eggs!

Mule deer seasoned with garlic, onion, bell pepper, orange, cayenne pepper, raspberry and chipolte. Served over rice with a cold Blue Moon beer. :)

Not sure what a mule deer is but it sounds like something that I'd bite the hell out of.

Yeah, I'd bite that.

I've had deer a few times before but don't know what kind of deer I had.

Rudolph's nose tastes like one of those Cap'n Crunch berries.

Easter Bunny for Sunday brunch.

Trying something new.

2 chicken breasts

A bottle of Leinenkugel's Summer Shandy

A bunch of seasonings

Probably way too much garlic

Marinated overnight

Oven for ~25 minutes

Stay tuned...
