this is from last year. i sent it to them at the Whiteriver Ampthitheater. i also sent my CoS booklet to another show to get signed for my best friend. I don't have photos of that, though.

I still have the envelope I sent mine in because it has pen scribbles on it. Geddy must have been the first to try and use their pen but it was running out. So the only signature on the photo that has gold is Geddy's.

Cool stuff. My MP song book is in tatters I used it so much. smile.gif I looks to me as if the "To so and so" is written by whoever signature is closest to it. For instance the to Andy on mine looks different than the one on yours by Geddy's sig. Might have to send my Permanent Waves book next tour. Edited by hunter

I learn most of the songs by ear, then look at some of the chords in the books to tweak my playing!

Just curious...did you include a note or something so they'd know who to acknowledge? OR do you think that the venue just said "we're not dealing with that"?

Just curious, has anyone got signatures on a poster, or sent something in a poster tube? I am thinking that was my mistake, it might be too much trouble for them to put the postage and mailing label on. Seems the enclosed Sase works the best. I sent a Hold Your Fire poster to the Gorge seems like I am the only one not to receive anything back

I sent a poster in a tube on a number of occasions and 3 out of 4 got sigs and were returned. The only one that failed was one I had designated as an auction item for RushCon and their food bank charity. That one reached the venue (The Starlight Theater in Kansas City, last year) and was given to the band or management but it never showed up at The Con.

Otherwise, posters and tubes seem to work just fine. I always sent self-adhesive pre-paid postage as well as pre-addressed label for the return, all well packed and with very clear instructions, AND a new Sharpie marker for them to use for signing (I always asked for but never received the pen in return, though). Both UPS and USPS return shipping was successful on at least one occasion.

Rock on!
