Just got back. All I have to say is: WOW! WOW! WOW!

But those damn strobes started to give me a headache. Strobes are fine, but overkill isn't.

Between getting older, and the wind, I'm certain he didn't want to throw it too high up.  Looked like he just missed the stick because it got blown a couple of inches out of his reach (this is from way back in row 30)

New poster here; take it easy on me.  laugh.gif

If the administrators could e-mail me with my log on information; I'd appreciate it, I had a difficult time getting logged in and still not sure how I did.

Real quickly about me.  Saw my first Rush show is '83 or '84 as a 13/14 year old; gonna nail that down on a future post.

I think Red Barchetta is the GREATEST rock song ever recorded; not only the best Rush song but the BEST ROCK song ever.  So; to hear it at this concert when they have skipped it in past concerts, was truly awesome.  applaudit.gif

The crowd was large; soldout, whatever the Fairgrounds holds--20k or so?  It was a beautiful summer night; outside venue.

I maybe a little behind some of you on the new album;  Clockwork angels.  But;  if "Caravan" is an indication of the direction of the new album, it wouldn't disappoint.  It rocked!!

Anyways; below is the set list from the St. Paul show on Friday 8/27/2010.

Video intro- this was hillarious; geddy making fun of himself was especially funny.

That and it seems he did it more often.
