Manufacturer: Tru Temper

 

Tru Temper is generally a beginners type of clubs.. In other words, they are cheap ass clubs!! This set is probably only worth about $200-250.... 33 bids and $650.. Somebody wants them!!

True Temper is better known for club shafts. As for clubs, much of what is and isn't good is perception. When you pay up for a brand, you are paying for a lot of marketing, and some R&D. Golfers are the biggest suckers for marketing. laugh.gif What's most important is that the clubs fit.

This may be a little off topic... but it is golf related.

 

Rivendell Golf Course

 

This is a course just north of Kingston, in the village of Verona.

Its actually quite a good course... and a must play for any 2.gif fan!

I bought a Wilson Deep Red driver off e-bay on Monday and it has just arrived - so its off to the range this evening.

 

I might scratch the starman onto it and save myself $2500.
