LerxstLady Posted September 10, 2004 Share Posted September 10, 2004 September 8th was the date Alex was to have had his most recent "sounding" (which is essentially a pre-trial hearing where arrangements are set for the trial among other things), and it was postponed until October 22, 2004. Test4VitalSigns Posted September 11, 2004 Share Posted September 11, 2004 With all this remanding and delaying of alex's court situation i've been wondering if this is a good thing or a bad thing...i'm leaning toward it being a good thing....probably working out some deal.....don't think he'll be doing any jail time at all.....
